Here is a photo that my cousin, +Josh Ets-Hokin created to show my gingerbread sculptures.
The sculpture in the center, which I call the "TREE RING" makes a great centerpiece.

So I wrote a Gingerbread Sculpture Activity Cookbook this summer which shows how to make my sculptures, plus all about creating 3D creations with gingerbread, and candy, of course.
